Dani has over 5 years experience in the fitness industry and is a
qualified level 3 personal trainer. After spending 2010 with a franchise
specialising in outdoor exercise she now runs her own local boot camps 6
days a week, as well as teaching studio cycling! Dani trains hard
herself and is always looking for new ways to challenge herself and her
clients.

offers bespoke training sessions to meet the individual needs of his
clients, whether they are complete beginners looking for weight loss,
pre and post natal or sports specific training for athletes, making
every session individual and fun.

each of her clients. Keeley specialises in weight loss and toning and is
currently studying for her pre & post natal exercise qualification.
Being a young mother herself, Keeley knows what it takes to get back in
shape after pregnancy!

too far. He prides himself in offering permanent success rather than a

range of clients from professional sports people to the general public.

Having been in the Industry for over 10 years, Olly has built up a
strong client base. This is largely due his success rate at helping
clients reach their desired goals including fat loss, sports specific
training, body sculpting, and analysing/correcting imbalances within the
body. Olly delivers sessions that are challenging yet realistic to the
individual, providing an environment that emphasises fun and enjoyment.

Peter is a dynamic and entertaining member of the team who has a
wealth of experience in the Health & Fitness Industry. In his spare
time he enjoys charity bike rides and can often be seen scaling the
nearest mountain! Providing a fun environment for his clients, he prides
himself on helping people reach their fitness goals, whether it be
training for a triathlon or shifting those extra pounds.

Rob is a REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) registered
personal trainer who offers one-to-one training at The Marlow Club or in
the comfort of your own home. Rob has 10 years experience working in
the fitness industry and works with clients of all ages, levels of
fitness and ability. Rob can help you to improve your posture, core
strength, fitness, muscle tone and reduce body fat. With the right
combination of nutrition and exercise you’ll be amazed what you can

Since the age of three Rowena has taken part in dance classes varying
from ballet to tap to street jazz. She has competed in many different
competitions throughout the years; winning the Bucks Free Press award
for “outstanding performance” and “best dance act” in 2005. Now she
likes to share her passion for dance through one to one dance
conditioning sessions. She believes that it is important to exercise the
mind as well as the body. As well as offering dance and personal
training sessions, Rowena also offers 1-2-1 Yoga sessions and Yoga Group
Sessions.

Tom has worked within the fitness industry for over 6 years as a
personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. His background
lies in both natural bodybuilding as well as national athletics and
therefore offers a wealth of firsthand experience to be translated to
his clients. He enjoys training clients with a wide range of goals from
professional athletes and bodybuilders, through to recreational athletes
or those simply looking to get in shape. Furthermore, he specialises in
constructing diet and nutrition plans which are tailored for fat loss
and muscle gain.

and is passionate about racquetball. Vladi will help you achieve your
