Introducing the free* Milon 12 week fat loss programme
Your 12 week programme is on your own personalised “smartcard” making it very easy
to follow. Milon’s eccentric based circuit increases your metabolism causing the body
to burn calories up to 24h after you’ve finished exercising. The system measures your
progress and produces detailed graphs on your performance and its effects on your
body to help keep you motivated throughout.
Getting Started Weeks 1-3
- Health check to set the bench mark. Blood pressure, weight, body fat percentage
and hydration levels are measured and entered onto the Milon system
- Milon induction. In a 1-2-1 environment we adjust each piece of equipment to fit
your body. All resistance settings are agreed. Your first session is started and
monitored closely for minor adjustments and improvements
- Goals are agreed and set and the next appointment is booked for the following
month
Weeks 4-7
