This system of medicine is based on ancient principles originating from China and other Eastern Countries, and includes the following therapies:
- Traditional Chinese remedial massage (tui na) & acupuncture
- Adjunctive therapies - including cupping, neuromuscular taping and qigong exercise therapy - these can be used in conjunction with the massage and acupuncture to reinforce their benefits
- Facial treatments - facial massage & acupuncture, gua sha (gentle scraping of the skin) and derma-roller treatment
