FAQs
Why should I join a gym?
First and foremost we should highlight that The Marlow Club is more than just a gym - our extensive and comprehensive range of facilities promotes "Health - Fitness - Fun" in a pleasant and relaxing environment; but to address the key question -
The popular attraction of gyms is the great variation that they
can offer and the opportunity to
build an exercise regime to improve and/or maintain your fitness,
perhaps to help participate in a favourite sport or active hobbies, or simply to keep a healthy body.
(See our Benefits
page).
In
addition to the expected array of machines, gyms may have a swimming
pool, squash or racketball courts, a range of classes and an opportunity
to meet like minded people. If you belong to
The Marlow Club, you could swim on Monday, zone out on a
treadmill on Tuesday, take a yoga class on Wednesday, lift weights on
Thursday, and take a kick boxing class on Friday; you’ll never be bored.
You will also have the chance to experience luxury services, like sun beds, sports massages,
beauty and hair salons. The Marlow Club is the premier health and fitness
club in South Bucks.

Aren't health clubs expensive?
Compared to the cost of equipping your home with an appropriate array of quality fitness equipment, paying for regular trips to community swimming pools, annual fees for squash clubs etc. we think you'll find that our attractive membership rates offer superb all-round value.
With the help of our Personal Trainers we can take a holistic approach to your well being and, to borrow a phrase from a popular credit card advertisement, that's "Priceless"
