Sharron As a working mother of 3 I understand life's pressures! My passion is motivating others to succeed. Making a difference makes my job so worthwhile. With just a little help from the right person we can  be the person we want to be.

Qualifications and Training: Personal Trainer Dip; Anatomy, physiology and massage dip; Indian head massage;, Stress management; Advanced nutrition; NLP (neuro linguistic programming); Body max (weights based course); Supple strength; and I am a qualified level one swimming coach.

Rob Pearce I have been working as a Personal Trainer for the past 6 years. During that time I’ve trained people from all walks of life and with varying goals, from getting back into shape after major surgery to running the London Marathon.

I qualified as a CHEK Practitioner in April 2007, as a CHEK Practitioner I look at the body as a system of systems and identify the areas that need improving to reach optimal performance for the individual’s life-style. By improving these areas and using ‘functional patterns’ (patterns of movement that carry-over to daily life) the body can work much more efficiently reducing the likelihood of injury and increasing both fitness and well-being.

I have been a qualified Fitness Instructor for 10 years including 4 years as a Physical Training Instructor in the Army.  My qualifications in the fitness industry are varied but include a Diploma and Masters Diploma in PT, I am also trained in pre and post natal training. 

In my spare time I enjoy training and competing in cross training competitions and endurance events.
Daryl Fitches
 I have been in the fitness profession for many years now and have worked in various health clubs. I have a passion for all things sport related.

I get great satisfaction in helping individuals achieve their goals using a variety of techniques. On a personal note I enjoy keeping fit and I enjoy taking part in many different sports. I am a Sports and Exercise Science graduate, with honours.
Olly Jones
I am a CHEK exercise coach and one of the personal trainers at the Marlow Club. My skills are diverse but include weight/fat loss, muscle gain, core conditoning, back conditioning, postural assessments/corrections, sports specific conditioning and sports nutrition. I enjoy training people from all walks of life and abilities. My sporting interests include Rugby, Athletics and Football, all of which I have played at county level. I am currently studying for my Psychology degree.
