Peter Frost
I passed my fitness instruction course with
Premier Training in 2000. As well as a working fitness consultant I also
am a Personal Trainer specialising in weight loss, muscle gain and
cardio fitness.
In my spare time I train in a wide variety of sporting activities including cycling, running, swimming, rowing and weight training. I love competing in triathlons and multi-discipline events which test complete body fitness.
