and increased fitness without injuries.

After 10 years of working with many fantastic people and getting them on
the right track I am continually growing in my knowledge and ability.
My motivation is a balanced approach to life, helping us to get the most
out of our lives. Combining my knowledge as a PT and my current studies
in nursing, i can offer a holistic approach to health and fitness.
