Tom Edwards
I am a CHEK exercise coach and one of the
personal trainers at The Marlow Club. My skills are diverse but include
weight/fat loss, muscle gain, core conditioning, back conditioning,
postural assessments/corrections, sports specific conditioning and
sports nutrition.
I enjoy training people from all walks of life and abilities. My sporting interests include Rugby, Athletics and Football. I am currently studying for my Psychology degree.
